Softwood Lumber Prices

Here are prices for common dimensions of our rough cut lumber. Our minimum order size is 400 board feet. Once you start your project, we are happy to supply you with single boards and smaller orders. These prices are for rough cut lumber— most often fresh-off-the-mill, but sometimes air-dried based on our current inventory. We offer kiln-drying services for orders of 1” and 2” material over 400 board feet for an additional $1 per board foot. Each millwork service that we offer —edging, planing, and shaping— adds $1 per board foot for 1” and 2” material. Contact us for beam processing costs.
